## How we automate a workflow
1. **Map.** Half a day with the people doing the work. We list every repetitive task and pick the ones worth automating first.
2. **Build.** Agents and automations on your existing tools, shipped one workflow at a time so nothing is disrupted.
3. **Monitor.** Alerts when something fails, a dashboard of what ran, and a handover so your team can adjust it.

## Pricing
- **Automation map** (10 hours): NZ$500 + GST, counted towards the project if you go ahead. A half-day session with the people doing the work, then a ranked list of tasks to automate and a build plan.
- **Full project** (fixed quote): NZ$1,000–NZ$15,000 + GST. One workflow built on your tools and monitored, up to a connected system like Tidy Kiwi’s. Tool and API costs are billed at cost.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (we are GST registered). The NZ$500 starter is 10 hours of consultation, review or scoping at NZ$50 an hour, and it counts in full towards the project if you go ahead. Larger projects get a fixed quote after the free call, worked out from the hours the scope needs at the same rate. The upper figure is where most projects land; bigger scopes are quoted on their own.

### Which tools do you work with?

Whatever you already use: Gmail and Outlook, HubSpot, Xero, Notion, Slack, spreadsheets and most apps with an API.

### Is our data safe?

Automations run in your own accounts. We do not keep copies of your data, and we document every access we set up.

### What happens when it breaks?

Every build ships with monitoring and alerts. Fixes are covered during handover, and we offer a light support plan after that.

### How is the price set?

Every service starts at NZ$500 + GST for a 10-hour starter: a consultation, review or scoping session. If you go ahead with the project, that NZ$500 counts towards it. For anything bigger, after a free 30-minute call we send a plan within a week with the scope, timeline and a fixed price, worked out from the hours the job needs at NZ$50 an hour. You know what you are paying before any work starts.

### Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?

Yes. We are based in Auckland and work with New Zealand and remote clients. You see progress in a demo every week, wherever you are.
