You have a product and it works, but sign-ups stall, support tickets repeat, or the team argues about what to fix first. We audit it against how real users behave and hand you a prioritised plan.

## How the UX audit runs
1. **Audit.** We go through the product the way a new user would and against known usability heuristics, and annotate every issue.
2. **Test.** Five short moderated sessions with people who match your customers. You can watch them live.
3. **Prioritise.** One ranked list of fixes by impact and effort, and a workshop with your team to agree the next quarter.

## Pricing
- **UX quick audit** (10 hours): NZ$500 + GST, counted towards the project if you go ahead. One key flow, such as sign-up or checkout, with annotated screens and a ranked fix list.
- **Full project** (fixed quote): NZ$3,000–NZ$4,500 + GST. The full UX audit with five moderated usability sessions and a roadmap workshop. Participant incentives are billed at cost.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (we are GST registered). The NZ$500 starter is 10 hours of consultation, review or scoping at NZ$50 an hour, and it counts in full towards the project if you go ahead. Larger projects get a fixed quote after the free call, worked out from the hours the scope needs at the same rate. The upper figure is where most projects land; bigger scopes are quoted on their own.

## UX consultation questions
### How long does a consultation take?

Two to three weeks from kickoff to the roadmap workshop.

### Will you fix the issues too?

We can. Many clients take the fix list to their own team, others ask us to design the top items.

### We already have analytics. Is this different?

Analytics show where people drop off. Sessions show why. The audit joins the two.

### How is the price set?

Every service starts at NZ$500 + GST for a 10-hour starter: a consultation, review or scoping session. If you go ahead with the project, that NZ$500 counts towards it. For anything bigger, after a free 30-minute call we send a plan within a week with the scope, timeline and a fixed price, worked out from the hours the job needs at NZ$50 an hour. You know what you are paying before any work starts.

### Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?

Yes. We are based in Auckland and work with New Zealand and remote clients. You see progress in a demo every week, wherever you are.
