## How we stabilise an AI-built app
1. **Review.** A full read of the codebase, hosting and data. You get a plain-language report of what is risky and what is fine.
2. **Stabilise.** Security holes, auth, payments and data issues first. Then tests around the paths your users actually take.
3. **Set up to grow.** A clean structure, documentation and a deployment pipeline, so the next feature is easy for you or for us.

## Pricing
- **Rescue check** (10 hours): NZ$500 + GST, counted towards the project if you go ahead. We read your code and hosting and send the top risks in plain language, with a 30-minute walkthrough.
- **Full project** (fixed quote): NZ$1,500–NZ$6,000 + GST. The full review, then auth, data and payment fixes first, with tests around the paths that matter.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (we are GST registered). The NZ$500 starter is 10 hours of consultation, review or scoping at NZ$50 an hour, and it counts in full towards the project if you go ahead. Larger projects get a fixed quote after the free call, worked out from the hours the scope needs at the same rate. The upper figure is where most projects land; bigger scopes are quoted on their own.

### Will you rewrite everything?

Almost never. We keep what works and fix what is dangerous. A rewrite is a last resort we would have to justify.

### Can we keep using AI tools to build?

Yes. The point is to give those tools a safe structure to work in, with tests that catch mistakes.

### How fast can you start?

The review can usually start within a week, and takes about a week for a typical app.

### How is the price set?

Every service starts at NZ$500 + GST for a 10-hour starter: a consultation, review or scoping session. If you go ahead with the project, that NZ$500 counts towards it. For anything bigger, after a free 30-minute call we send a plan within a week with the scope, timeline and a fixed price, worked out from the hours the job needs at NZ$50 an hour. You know what you are paying before any work starts.

### Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?

Yes. We are based in Auckland and work with New Zealand and remote clients. You see progress in a demo every week, wherever you are.
