## How an app design project runs
1. **Understand.** A kickoff on who the product is for and what it must do. We map the flows before we draw a screen.
2. **Design.** Wireframes first, then the UI system and every screen in Figma. You review a clickable prototype each week.
3. **Hand over.** Tokens, components and specs your developers can build from, plus a walkthrough with them.

## Pricing
- **Product scoping session** (10 hours): NZ$500 + GST, counted towards the project if you go ahead. User flows, a list of the key screens and a build estimate for your product.
- **Full project** (fixed quote): NZ$6,000–NZ$16,000 + GST. Full product design: flows, a UI system and a clickable prototype, in four to eight weeks.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (we are GST registered). The NZ$500 starter is 10 hours of consultation, review or scoping at NZ$50 an hour, and it counts in full towards the project if you go ahead. Larger projects get a fixed quote after the free call, worked out from the hours the scope needs at the same rate. The upper figure is where most projects land; bigger scopes are quoted on their own.

### Do you also build it?

Yes, if you want that. Design and build can run as one project, or we hand the design to your team.

### How long does it take?

A focused product design usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on how many screens and states there are.

### What do we need to have ready?

Nothing polished. A clear idea of the problem, whoever knows the customers best, and access to the current product if there is one.

### How is the price set?

Every service starts at NZ$500 + GST for a 10-hour starter: a consultation, review or scoping session. If you go ahead with the project, that NZ$500 counts towards it. For anything bigger, after a free 30-minute call we send a plan within a week with the scope, timeline and a fixed price, worked out from the hours the job needs at NZ$50 an hour. You know what you are paying before any work starts.

### Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?

Yes. We are based in Auckland and work with New Zealand and remote clients. You see progress in a demo every week, wherever you are.
